Group

From a vision of craftsmanship, Holger Rußbach laid the foundation for what is now the Rußbach Group. He started with a traditional painting business in Odelzhausen and, from the very beginning, combined the highest quality with meticulous care. Already during the first projects, it became clear that his sense of colour design and choice of materials went far beyond the ordinary. This pioneering spirit formed the foundation for every subsequent expansion.

The growing demand for high-quality fit-out solutions led to the founding of Rußbach GmbH Maler-Akustik-Fachbetrieb in 2000. With our own company, we underlined our growing expertise and created the organisational basis for larger and more complex projects. At the same time, we promoted the training and further education of our employees in order to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship. This formal step laid the organisational foundation for our future growth.

In 2015, a quarter of a century after our founding, we not only celebrated our 25th anniversary but also moved into our new company building in Odelzhausen. This milestone was an expression of our consistency and success in a dynamic industry. State-of-the-art office and storage space enabled more efficient project management and strengthened the team's sense of togetherness. The move was a visible sign of the start of the next phase of growth.

With the integration of ISOAUSBAU GmbH, we were able to further expand our capabilities in the field of B2B interior construction. The focus on the renovation of old buildings, residential complexes and commercial properties perfectly complements our existing range of services. Our well-coordinated team contributes many years of experience, technical expertise and a strong understanding of economically and functionally sound solutions.

In the spring of 2024, the company was renamed Rußbach GmbH & Co. KG Komplettausbau. This new name reflects our holistic service promise: we offer all interior finishing and acoustic solutions from a single source. The name change underlines our role as a central point of contact for B2B customers who place the highest demands on planning, execution and quality.

After 35 years, countless projects and continuous further development, we are now one of the leading complete fitters in the Munich region. Today, our group of companies combines concentrated experience, state-of-the-art technology and creative problem-solving expertise under one roof. Together with you, we are writing the next chapter of our successful construction and fit-out story.
